Typically I require 2–4 weeks lead time to plan and design a program. Shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability.

Most sessions focus on fun or competition. Within Us focuses on bonding, emotional safety, and team cohesion through reflection and tailored experiences.

Pricing depends on group size, location, session length, and customization. Packages range from workshop-level offerings to broader team engagement series.

Half-day workshops (3-4 hours) start at $800, full-day workshops start at $1,400 and for multi-day team workshops I’ll give you a custom quote.

I work best with groups of around 10–30 in intimate indoor spaces, and up to 50 outdoors. Sessions can take place onsite at your location, or if preferred, I can help you find a nearby rentable space that fits your needs.
