When your team feels new, unsure, or like something’s missing…

It’s hard to do good work when people don’t really know each other.

Maybe you’ve added new team members, merged departments, or you’re preparing for an important project. You know you need more than surface-level connection. You need something that helps your team feel safe, seen, and stronger together.

That’s where I come in.

More than just ice breakers.

I create intentional, relational team bonding experiences that go beneath the surface. These sessions are designed to help your team:

  • Feel more comfortable showing up as themselves

  • Understand one another’s strengths and styles

  • Communicate with greater ease and honesty

  • Build the kind of trust that leads to real collaboration

Whether your team is brand-new or you’re laying a foundation for deeper connection, these sessions help you move from “getting along” to actually belonging.

The Process

YOUR TEAM’S JOURNEY

A team of professionals participating in an outdoor activity near a building with large glass windows and surrounded by green trees in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Setting the Tone

We start with light, low‑pressure activities designed to create a welcoming environment. These help participants relax, learn a little about each other, and build comfort in the space. Icebreakers can be fun, creative, and tailored to the group’s needs — from simple name games to shared intention‑setting.

01

Build Trust & Communication

Once the group is comfortable, we move into deeper, interactive exercises that focus on trust‑building and communication. These are experiential activities designed to encourage collaboration, strengthen listening skills, and open up new ways of working together. Transitional activities are the bridge between play and meaningful growth.

02

Reflect on Strengths

At the end you will each share the traits and strengths you recognize in one another. When team members feel seen, valued, and understood this fosters a deep sense of purpose and connection.
