TEACHER PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOPS IN TULSA & BEYOND
The way you show up for students starts with how you show up for yourself—and each other.
Imagine a day that isn’t about catching up or pushing through.
Our work gives space for you to be human.
Experience time to slow down and remember why you had desire to work with students in the first place.
Does this sound familiar?
You’re showing up every day—but feeling stretched thin.
Team meetings are tense.
Everyone’s tired, and no one says it out loud.
You love the work—but it’s wearing you down.
Your work asks so much of you. Our time together is centered on caring for you.
Step into a space where you can take a breath, pause, and reset.
What if your professional development actually felt… useful?
My approach puts people first. I design experiences that don’t just talk about self-care or team culture—we live it, together. Through interactive activities, honest conversations, and space to be human, I help teams reconnect with their purpose and with each other.
Because when teachers feel supported, everything shifts.

The Process
HOW PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKS
Build Trust & Communication
Once the group is comfortable, we move into deeper, interactive exercises that focus on trust‑building and communication. These are experiential activities designed to encourage collaboration, strengthen listening skills, and open up new ways of working together. Transitional activities are the bridge between play and meaningful growth.
01
Set the Tone
We start with light, low‑pressure activities designed to create a welcoming environment. These help participants relax, learn a little about each other, and build comfort in the space. Icebreakers can be fun, creative, and tailored to the group’s needs — from simple name games to shared intention‑setting.
02
Problem Solving: Work Together in Action
Finally, we engage the group in problem‑solving challenges. These are collaborative tasks that require creativity, strategy, and teamwork. They give participants a chance to apply the trust and communication skills they’ve been building throughout the session, often leading to powerful moments of insight and connection.
03
You’ll Walk Away With:

Not just name tags and small talk—real moments that help you feel part of something again.
Empowerment
Learn simple practices your team can carry forward to stay grounded and supported.
Clarity
You’ll have space to step back, reflect, and reconnect with what you care about most.
